Data deletion

Social, Waozi's publishing tool, does not create accounts or keep profiles of people. If it has handled your data, for example a comment or message you sent to a Waozi Page or profile, you can have it removed.

Ask for deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”.
  2. Include a link to the comment or message, or the name of the account it came from.
  3. Waozi deletes the matching data Social stores within 30 days and replies to confirm.

Remove the app's access

Social connects to Facebook and Threads as the app Waozi AI. If you connected it to your own account, open Facebook Settings, choose Business integrations, and remove Waozi AI. On Threads, open Settings, Account, Website permissions, and remove it there.
